  - I was invited by IBM CIO Hybrid Cloud director to build two squads (one with Architects and another with Role Developers) to automate and optimize Mainframe support and operations.- I'm responsible to define YTY budget considering new hires, promotions, and hosting services for the development and user-acceptance systems.- I'm responsible to design the Hosting architecture and processes of the development and user-acceptance systems, by defining CICD Pipeline tool set, ensuring S.O.D., ensuring a secure system by design (Vulnerability and Risk management).- I'm responsible to negotiate internal transfers with executives.- I'm responsible to design the two squads operational models (Kanban for Architects and Scrum for Developers).- I'm responsible to drive squad level OKRs to the teams.- I'm responsible to empower Architects and Developers to bring their best into defining a brand new way to conduct Mainframe support, patching, cybersecurity scans, self-service configuration, products installation, and decommission.- I'm responsible to drive my team's career and performance on 1:1 (20 employees approximately) every other week. I leveraged a Results Habits Culture across the entire organization doing a presentation in the CIO All Hands Meeting to 1000+ employees. - By aligning executives’ strategy with OKRs my team achieved important Objectives such as: reduced call-out pagers by 83%; improved incident SLA to 100%; kept 100% servers patched on time reducing Risks to 0; analyzed, categorized, tackled root cause and reduced repeating incidents by 43%.- I led a project for Server Space Prediction with AI which helped reduce severity 1 incidents due to “filesystem full” by 70%. This tool is under patenting process and was indicated by the IT Director to run for an external prize.- I managed my team’s talent by meeting with them on 1:1 (21 employees) every month. I taught them to create S.M.A.R.T. Published and maintained IBM w3publisher pagesto allow customers and partner squads to work with the new team (Wiki, Blog, Working Hours, Mission, Meet the Team, Request for Service step-by-step, Backlog, Showcases, Agile Metrics, etc).- Worked with the Product Owner defining the Kanban board with the appropriate Types of Requests (swim lanes) and Workflow (columns).- I led technicians through an intensive Knowledge Transfer on multiple areas of expertise, such as AIX, Linux, WAS, MQ, DB2, Windows and zOS; while leveraged cross-training among Squad members.- Advocated on behalf of DevOps tooling implementation such as Urban Code Deployment and Ansible. - Supported IT Security Standard implementation and kept the Squad in an Audit-Ready posture.- Developed an Analytical presentation to expose the Executives on existing risks of servers assigned to multiple squads.
