  Line Development:• Used Pedigree/Backcross breeding methods.• Intensively using MAS for line development resulting in development of parent materials, candiate parent materials and populations at a rapid pace.• Grouping of parents and candidate parents into different heterotic groups.• Succesfullly developed series of multiple disease resistant lines in different combinations: 2 genes / 3 genes / 4 genes / 5 genes.• Backcrossing of dominant /recessive traits (1,2,3..) for the improvement of existing parents/lines.• Extensive use of MarkersHybrid Construction-Product Development-Products-Achievements:• Using the grouping method of parents, creating required number of hybrids for different segments.• Developed succesful commercial hybrid with multiple disease resistances in Indeterminate spring season-Greenhouse segment.
