  As a 'ResLife' Resident advisor, I was a mentor and point of contact for students in my district. I helped create a lively, friendly and supportive community in the BU residence halls/UniLet areas whereby students could develop interpersonal skills, connect with fellow students and reach their full potential. I also organised events, produced social media content and monitored student halls.I worked with the BU Welfare Co-ordinators, staff within the accommodation residences, Student Union and our Residential Services team.
