Nurse Resource Transition Pool builds on nursing skills in a varied and constantly changing work environment from the Emergency Department to Rehabilitation. Completion of the Graduate Nurse Program over two rotations. The first in Geriatric Evaluation Management; a 24 bed unit providing sub-acute nursing care for patients presenting with a range of medical and post surgical conditions. The second, in a high acuity Trauma & Plastics surgical ward; a 30 bed unit providing nursing care to Reconstructive Plastics, Head and Neck Oncology, Trauma and Maxillofacial patients from a wide cross section of the community.
