      -Oversaw 120+ frontline workers and four peer managers during 12-hour shifts for Amazon operations to ensure fast and on-time deliveries through three peaks and four prime weeks.-The lead manager responsible for ensuring logistical timelines were achieved for multiple promised delivery times at the highest volume fulfillment center in North America.-Chosen for multiple consulting teams and traveled to struggling buildings in the network to consult subordinates, peers, and senior leaders to achieve long-term, consistent process-changing success.-Experienced creating new standard of work leadership methods to present to senior leaders and influence to peers across all shifts.Projects & Cost Savings Initiatives-Installed new logic into fast-login keypads to emplace at pack stations after analyzing data from other network buildings, which vastly helped reduce time spent not operating. The annual building cost savings were estimated at $22k.-Initiated a multi-building cross-functional project working with Safety, Learning, Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources to assess and reduce waste for new hire safety vests ($3.20 per vest). Estimated $11k annual savings per fulfillment center (savings vary annually per building hiring need).-Commenced a project to reduce defects at employee workstations by adjusting its keypad logic to send defects to the problem-solving area. After a departmental control test of AFE1 (normal) to AFE2 (changed), there was a 12% decrease in DPMO over the one-month analysis.-Owned and piloted a project to increase trays per minute (TPM) for the departmental equipment and executed a solution that increased TPM from a median of 22 to 28. The project increased the overall building rates by 9% (355 to 393 average unit per hour increase) at a $0 capital investment cost.-Planned and led a project to improve building quality (DEA) and reduced defects from 2-3k products a day to as little as 300-400 daily (a 90% decrease in DPMO).
