As a waitress in the business provided me with skills such as coffee making, how to deal with unhappy customers in an appropriate, polite manner, how to provide a full silver service dining experience for customers, how to make the perfect coffee and how to organize and prioritize set tasks.I also had the privilege to be the Restaurant’s Children’s Party Coordinator which was a fun experience that provided me with knowledge on how to setup, cater and host functions with a set schedule and how to control how the function is being managed.
