  Manage the Procurement function of the Maryland State Treasurer’s Office, the State’s delegated Executive Agency which controls the acquisition & administration of all Banking, Finance, Investment and Insurance Services Contracts on behalf of all of the State’s agencies. On average, these contracts are responsible for over $500 billion in bank disbursement & receipt activity, over $1 billion in general obligation debt activity and an investment portfolio of approximately $22 billion.Direct a portfolio comprising approximately 60 active contracts with an annual internal budget of approximately $50M, and an annual combined indirect spend at the State's agencies in excess of $500M.Successfully negotiated a 1.3% price reduction for a Banking Service Contract renewal valued at approximately $10M annually.
