  RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for project development starting from preliminary engineering to detail designs to construction and the final and safe turnover to the affiliate owner.2. Develop and preparation of preliminary Project Execution Plan.3. Manage direct and supervise all direct project functions, thus ensuring cost effective and efficient achievement of all works.4. Coordinate activities and resolve issues among proponents, contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.5. Prioritization of designated project in accordance with available resources.6. Prepare/assist in Project cost estimates development.7. Overall supervision of individual projects through the designated project engineering team.8.   Job Specific Accountabilities:-Perform assets life assessment, apply corrective and preventive actions to restore the integrity of equipment.-Utilize the RBI in optimizing the PM strategy and reduce the cost & down time.-Lead/participate in root cause analysis (RCA), for failures of Stationary Equipment in assigned affiliates.-Prepare the scope and participates in shutdown/turnaround preparation and reviews any inspection plans and reports for assigned affiliates. Participates in and monitors the activities of compliance as per applicable code, company standards and procedures.-Interact and work closely with other departments/sections in assigned affiliates to assess the condition of Stationary Equipment in the assigned affiliates.Participates in the development of reliability section goals and budget.-Reviews inspection reports issued by Plant Inspector (PI) and provides technical support when required.-Analyze stationary equipment history records, thickness measurement (TM) data and recommend the necessary predictive and/or preventive inspection programs.-Raise and attends PMR/Capital project review meetings, reviews Stationary equipment inspection and test plan for each related project and define ITPs.-Reviews and comments on the vendor repair procedures and conducts shop inspection for repaired Stationary Equipment in kingdom and out of kingdom.-Inspects new equipment and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required-Assists plant operations personnel in the commissioning/start-up of new or/ repaired static equipment as required.-Provides functional support to Plant Inspector.-Attends operation and other related meetings in assigned affiliates.-Participates in the PHA committees or any meetings / committees as required by the Reliability Section Head or business need.
