  • Assist 550+ eligible Adults and Dislocated Workers achieve long-term economic self-sufficiency through the attainment and retention of stable employment• Manage consistent average of 100 tangible and intangible files with accuracy and detail on participants served along with inputting of case notes into the SC Works Online system to document participant progression into the workforce and intensive services provided• Provide services and options to participants for overcoming employment barriers, access basic educational opportunities and the upgrading of skills for workers within in-demand occupations• Schedule and register participants for WorkKeys, FIT, TABE assessments and various courses at Midlands Tech and other eligible training providers of WIOA/WIA funding• Coordinate referrals to link clients to jobs, partner agencies and community resources as needed• Suggest and implement new ideas to recruit Dislocated Workers resulting in an enrollment increase• Serve as Coach and Mentor to co-workers and new staff on efficient case management techniques while motivating them to higher levels of performance Show less
