  Developed proposals, pitched, and led two projects with government agencies to enhance quality in the home support sector.Led brand development for new subsidiary, Keen Payroll, and led planning and vendor selection phases for a learning management project. Led regional teams operating in four locations, servicing 250+ home support clients across Newfoundland & Labrador. Ensured care continuity through the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing proactive safety measures and communicating effectively with clients, families, employees, government partners, and other stakeholders. Led a project team to select and migrate to a cloud-based mail and file management tool, Office 365, for 120 employees across 10 operating companies. Opened new retail location with larger square footage and simultaneously launched a refreshed brand image for the recently acquired retail business, HealthQuest. Also led a project team to select and implement a new point of sale and inventory management system, Lightspeed POS, across the two retail locations and developed a purchasing and marketing strategy aligned with past sales trends and consumer preferences. Supported partner company management teams to plan and execute sales, marketing and communications initiatives for new and existing companies in the Seafair group. Created a launch strategy for an online training program for Home Support Workers.
