      Having joined one of the largest DIY retailer in the U.K. whilst studying at school, I worked my way up to Regional Training Branch Manager at Focus DIY. In this role, I managed the functioning of numerous branches across the South East including, and oversaw both the second highest weekly turnover in the South East and the most profit making store in the country. I was also responsible for Management/Staff training for the whole area (12 branches) and recruitment for my Branch and Management for the Sector, while serving as a stand-in for the Regional Manager.       In this challenging role, I have been tasked with managing 3 different markets over the last 6 years. I am currently responsible for 14 branches within the Wimbledon and Richmond market.
