  Leading the Data teams that supports Data Development, Data Operations and Data Management for multiple business verticals and handling both contributory and non contributory data assets. Also support the Data vault team with petabytes of data used for Data Science. In this role I have built new teams and streamlined processes that I have inherited to build optimal and scalable data pipelines to support multiple business lines using both contributory and non contributory data assets As a lead I have assumed responsibility for the team supporting Claims data, during this time I have supported/formed and developed teams across multiple geographies such as India, Brazil, U.K. After joining LexisNexis risk solutions I have helped migrate the Policy and Claims systems to the new big data platform.
