  As the Product Owner for Mirth Connect I drove the vision of our product across the development team to define and refine the implementation details into a realistic schedule that met our customers’ needs. I was responsible for running key scrum meetings such as sprint review and sprint planning with an emphasis on agile methodologies. I managed the product backlog, Jira tickets, project plans, release schedules and regulatory requirements, and coordinated between development and other departments.
