  Maintenance Engineering support to Spanish Air Force (SAF) EF-18 Hornet.Technical assistance, fully integrated in the SAF Engineering Management Office (Ejército del Aire / Mando del Apoyo Logístico / Dirección de Sistemas de Armas).Developed in close relationship (meetings, travels, etc.) with:• Operational Squadrons of the SAF.• Manufacturer: McDonnell Douglas (today The Boeing Co.).• Other international users of the F/A-18: mainly, the US Navy and USMC.All of that using English as a usual working tool, as well as the applicable technical documentation, and the SAF logistic support management system, the SL2000, in different areas of ILS: Engineering, Maintenance, Supply and FMS Acquisitions.   Collaboration with the NH90 helicopter Program Office at DGAM (Dirección General de Armamento y Material), Ministry of Defence of Spain, in the organization and Project management of the, and particularly in the area of ILS. This Office is in charge of the acquisition of the new medium-size transport helicopter NH90, and its entering into service in the three Services of the Spanish Armed Forces.Project scope includes from contracting with the manufacturer, in 2006, to the full operational capacity in the three Services, previewed for 2019.Complete integration in the Project Management Team, developing different tasks:• Project Management.• Requirements specification.• Contract management.• Certification and Qualification.• Technical Documentation (fully in English).• Training for the end users (Operational squadrons).• Direct contact with the Program main contractor: Airbus Helicoprters España (AHE); as well as with the manufacturing consortium: NH Industries.
