  Directly responsible for the day to day activities of the TTMA product line. My responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.Raw Material purchasing - I work with steel manufacturers to procure the necessary steel products for manufacturing of the TTMA product. Maintaining a responsible buying process based on price, availability and future forecasted needs.Production management - I work closely with our production facility to manage the amount of TTMA's and repair components produced on a monthly/yearly basis. We work together to determine the best course of actions to provide our customers the quickest turnaround for their attenuator needs.Inventory management - I manage the inventory of all TTMA's produced, sold, inventoried, and repaired. While also managing the forecast and production of needed repair parts for the product line.Logistics - I work closely with an onsite logistics team to best manage the transportation of the TTMA products via truckload quantities and LTL's. Distribution - I manage a global distribution network which markets, sells, repairs and handles warranties for our TTMA product line. Relationship building with the distributors includes educating, training, and providing them the best opportunities to sell our product. We talk regularly about pricing, market conditions and competition, and future opportunities such as bids, contracts or general buying.Marketing - I market the TTMA product line through a variety of channels including but not limited to our distributor network, social media, print media, digital media, tradeshows (regional, national and international).Sales - I am directly responsible for the yearly sales goals of the TTMA product line.
