Both programs help save customers money, benefit the utility, and protect the environment by reducing peak electricity usage. I coordinate everything from marketing and enrollment through ongoing customer engagement.Peak Time Rewards is a demand response program for households with smart meters. My team successfully launched this new program in 2015 and enrolled nearly 11% of eligible customers through efficient, cost-effective marketing. We more than tripled the size of the program within 1 year.Power Smart Pricing is an innovative hourly electricity pricing program for households with over 11,000 customers and over $9.6M in total customer savings.
