      I was promoted in 2011 to support the 64th Brigade Support Battalion as the Electronic Systems Maintenance Officer in Fort Carson. In 2012 I became the Group Electronic Maintenance Officer for the 10th Special Forces Group, and in 2014 I was promoted again to be the Senior Electronic Maintenance Officer at Fort Bragg.My roles included:--- Logistics --- We saved over $11 million in modification costs across multiple organizations.--- Process Improvement --- We reduced our backlog by 50% within 60 days and completely within 120 days while also reducing our maintenance advisory messages by 25%.--- Procurement --- I oversaw the acquisition of five (5) automated test sets to assist in backlog maintenance and added capabilities for testing 1800 radio sets that were no longer covered in an existing maintenance contract.--- Project Management --- I optimized the Romanian Army’s maintenance program by standardizing their processes and securing the needed equipment.--- Strategic Planning --- I centralized our best practices with the development of an award-winning SharePoint site.--- Technical Support --- I assumed responsibility for seven (7) IT Specialists while at Fort Carson, CO and improved their performance by aligning workstation contracts.       Army Logistics University (ALU) is a composite campus for military and DoD logistics leader education.I had two (2) roles, one as Course Manager for the Warrant Officer Basic Course and the other as the Site Lead for Electronic Systems Maintenance Division.I led a team of 27 which included aligning training schedules, resources, and personnel for 32 courses across seven (7) academic divisions.My role included:--- Training --- I facilitated the successful trainings of over 500 students and certifications for 20 instructors.--- Project Management --- I created a SharePoint site that provided updated course material for all instructors within a centralized Knowledge Management portal which was recognized as a “Best Business Practice” by the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command.--- Process Improvement --- I developed an evaluation program for instructors which improved quality of instruction which led to being named “Distinguished Instructor of the Year.” Show less

I created and facilitated multiple trainings on technical efforts, equipment usage, and warehouse management across three (3) regions of the country while leading a team of five (5) instructors. My role includes:--- Logistics Planning --- I developed and outlined an SOP for expectations around Program Management Office and its customers on equipment maintenance.--- Health and Safety --- I created our Corrosion Prevention and Control Plan which outlined the organizational strategic and tactical initiatives to reduce harmful effects of corrosion on equipment.--- Team Leadership --- I aligned our career management fields after developing a new working group in partnership with multiple organizational units which supported career growth across the base.--- Training --- I facilitate an 8-hour financial management course to over 1,000 new soldiers.--- Automation --- Led the Logistics Division in the transition to a new enterprise system and becoming the first division to transition all personnel with zero (0) issues.
