      Supervised Logistic Management Specialists (LMS) and Navy and Marine Corps personnel in managing seven aircraft depot contracts with five foreign contractors on F/A-18, C-130, H-60, H-53, UH-1, AH-1, and V-22 aircraft. Provide training, assign work priorities and assist subordinates. Served as a government lead for aircraft undergoing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at contractor sites. Coordinated with FRCWP supporting departments (i.e. Supply and Engineering), squadrons, wings, and TMS class desks to refine and optimize induction of aircraft into scheduled maintenance. Ensuring aircraft are delivered on time. Ensured all contractor sell packages fulfill IMC/P Specification requirements and that squadrons received accurate data for their aircraft logbooks. Developed Individual Development Plans for each Logistics Management Specialist, and facilitate employee training and professional development within the department. Maintain the performance records for each LMS, and provide quarterly appraisals, with an end-of year performance close-out. Submit performance awards and other personnel actions. Reviewed IMC/P specifications and provide updates to the Program Manager Air and Fleet Support Team. Efforts ensure that IMC/P specifications are kept current at all times. Reviewed all aircraft maintenance reports for accuracy before they are submitted to external agencies. Coordinate with FRCWP departments (e.g. Engineering, Supply, and Quality Assurance) to mitigate any possible government delays that may impact delivery schedule. Used knowledge of Navy Supply Chain to ensure that parts and material were appropriately expedited. Worked with Engineering to ensure that Request for Engineering Information Requests were prioritized. Coordinated with Production Department personnel, T/M/S Class Desk and the Wing to ensure that the induction schedules are solidified for a minimum of two fiscal years and ensure that Wings will meet their RBA requirements.
