  August 2017 to January 2020Role: Project Drafting Lead TechnicianProject: Urbanest Vine St, LondonValue: 100 million GBPUrbanest Vine St is a BIM level 2 Revit 2019 project consisting of a 2 storey retained basement structure with a ground floor podium & 4 separate blocks for student accommodation, residential, retail and office use. All blocks had different forms of construction. The basement houses the remains of a Roman Wall dating back to the 4th century. Project currently on site and approaching completion.Basement. Existing perimeter RC structure retained and extensive coordination required between temporary works and structure.Block C. A 7 storey steel framed structure for residential use.Block V. A 14 storey predominantly RC structure for student accommodation with a steel transfer deck at level 01 to span over the Roman Wall in the basement. Arched steel frame barrel roof.Block J. A 14 storey RC Frame structure for student accommodation with transfer slab at level 01Block I. A 12 storey PT structure office buildingI managed this project from Stage 3 through to construction, my general responsibilities were: -· Produce list of Stage 3 deliverables· Deal with daily RFIs and liaise with engineer to resolve them· Clear BIM Collaboration items weekly· Weekly Model Issue· Create a weekly model report detailing model changes for coordination· Implementing BIM Execution Plan in accordance with client’s expectation· On occasion I would manage a team of a Technician and a Junior TechnicianOther notable projects:-100 Avenue Road, London.
