Supporting 125 users and a 24/7 manufacturing operation, I led the 2nd and 3rd line support IT Helpdesk, ensuring that my team delivered maximum uptime, availability and functionality. During this tenure, I also led comprehensive IT gap analysis, integration and migration projects and owned relationships with IT equipment and service vendors.
