      Manage the lab team so that the daily target analysis goes well, ensure the incoming and finished product of spices meets the company specifications through several inspections including physics, proximate, and mycotoxin level following by release the COA. Involved in several product trials such as make a new or re-formulation, decreasing mold and mycotoxin level, or handling issues.•Daily internal calibration and verification for all laboratory instruments (scales, HPLC, micropipette, and measuring glass)•Prepare and establish standard from microbial culture for mycotoxin analysis•Analyze the level of mycotoxin (Ochratoxin A and Aflatoxin) in nutmeg using HPLC method•Proximate analysis on various kinds of spices, e.g: nutmeg, mace, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, vanili, and chili•Keep the finish product by sample at the end of product shipment to facilitate the data traceability•Do some trial project such as make a new or reformulation, decreasing mold on nutmeg pulp, decreasing ochratoxin A in nutmeg, sensory analysis for the new supplier, or handle nonconformities issues•Report the daily analysis result or any nonconformities to all related stakeholders then execute the follow-up actions•Make daily, monthly report, final resume, and record all the documentation related to the analysis following by providing certificate of analysis•Make purchase order for laboratory needs Exibir menos

      Ensure the incoming raw material meets the company standards through several inspections including the document completeness, physics, proximate, and organoleptic test. Sensorially validated by the company for supporting material, coffee beans, ground coffee, and instant coffee by passing validation test twice a year.•Daily internal calibration for laboratory instruments (scales, pH meter, refractometer, measuring cup, temperature and humidity)•Perform cup tests (sensory test) on various kinds of incoming raw and auxiliary materials, e.g: creamer, chocolate, instant coffee, flavour, caramel, palm sugar, etc following by scoring the test result•Proximate analysis of raw material namely pH, moisture content, brix, and total dissolved solid•Report any nonconformities to the supervisor and related stakeholders then execute the follow-up action for the issues•Keep the incoming materials by sample in detail to facilitate the data traceability•Examine the supplier's certificate of analysis based on SNI standard as one of the material acceptance requirements•Verify the sampler report according to supplier's document•Check on the availability and condition of the lab assets to ensure it in a good condition•Inspect the implementation of 5R in the laboratory, provide scores and evaluations of the audit results, and re-evaluate the corrective actions Exibir menos
