  Worked in the Tesco Clubcard Boost call centre, answering in-bound calls. Converted customer Clubcard vouchers into tokens (for Days Out/Eating Out etc) or resolved customer queries/fraud concerns. High volume of calls due to festive period, but repeatedly exceeded targets for call handling. I was asked to stay on as a permanent member of staff, but chose to move back into the theatre industry.

  In addition to my continuing responsibilities as Relocations Assistant, I now provide support in onboarding all new staff to CA. I assist from contract stage through to the end of the new hire's first year. This involves administrative tasks such as issuing employment contracts and offer letters, conducting right to work checks, liaising with different departments to make onboarding arrangements, as well as delivering presentations as part of the induction process. I enjoy building rapport with each new hire as part of the process. Show less I assist with the onboarding of staff from across the UK and all around the world, providing support with their relocation to Horsham. I work closely with our new starters to understand their needs, and then plan their move alongside external suppliers such as immigration specialists, travel agents, transport and accommodation providers. I find it greatly rewarding to streamline this experience for our employees and provide them with a warm welcome to the company. I believe integration is key to our sense of belonging, so I am proud to be part of this personalised onboarding initiative at CA. Show less
