Team was responsible for inventory functions and customer service of Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, Indianapolis Ortho Hospital, Surgery, and 8 floors of the main hospital. Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis has over 700 patient beds, is a level 1 trauma center, and is the largest Ascension facility in the Indiana market.• Successfully guided and assisted the team through stressful and difficult situations caused by a high COVID-19 patient population and low staffing levels. Contributed to a reduction in the vacancy rate from 24% to as low as 4% within the campus by focusing on retention and assisting the recruitment team with job postings and candidate screening.• Coordinated efforts to meet Key Performance Indicators throughout the pandemic. Exceeded target every fiscal year for Contract Compliance, Stat requisitions, Pay Only requisitions, and Freight. From FY2020 to FY2023, decreased Pay Only metric by 50% and Specials metric by 10%.• Collaborated with clinical leadership on PPE needs during COVID-19 supply shortages.
