      I managed a portfolio of approximately 50 internal clients. Supervision of a team of buyers for each of the activities within the category.• I standardized the expense analysis for the purchase of advertising in very influential media in the country and began the review of service contracts and achieved favorable adjustments for the company in terms of payment terms, rating guarantees, billing per seconds, and guarantee of preferential prices. Annual savings of USD2MM. • I created a process for purchasing POP material printing, establishing annual negotiations with suppliers and advising on the annual Marketing budget. In addition to achieving savings of 15% on annual expenses and influencing key Marketing processes. • I accelerated the acquisition of raw materials and services necessary for the launch of the Direct to Home Prepaid TV product, being a highly technical complexity project and a pioneering product in the Panamanian market. The launch was achieved within estimated timelines, despite technical barriers and the availability of inputs. • I initiated from the Procurement end the definition of negotiation criteria for the change of call center service to a new operator. Savings were generated on estimated annual expenses of USD1MM, in addition to creating a replicable negotiation model in other countries. • I led the regional negotiation project with expert partners in performance measurement for the company's high-level executives (NPS). This project took place in a restructuring context and covered 16 countries in the Americas, achieving favorable negotiations in costs and time, with a supplier that provided coverage to all countries for the successful implementation of the measurement and regional bonus payment model.
