      Manufacturer - HR TransformationLed the Process Reengineering Workstream to develop the HR process catalogue, process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline and standardize in-scope processes for HR across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle leveraging on the use of new HRMS technologies. In addition, led the Change and Communications workstream to develop a comprehensive change and communications plan to manage change within the HR function as well as for the whole organization.
