Apr 2016 - Nov 2019The European Youth Parliament is a peer-to-peer educational programme that brings together young people from across Europe to debate the pressing issues of our time. Our mission is to inspire and empower young Europeans to be open-minded, tolerant and active citizens. As a volunteer, I have trained and led more than 30 different teams in countries across Europe. This entailed building teams of people with diverse backgrounds and political views, facilitating their critical evaluation of current EU policy, and formulating resolutions to recommend improvements to EU policy.
