Monitoring of PSEG and all authorized contractor QA Programs to ensure compliance with 10 CFR 50.55a requirements, documenting deficiencies and monitoring corrective actions. Monitoring to include ensuring Code changes accepted/incorporated, reviewing of client/ contractor's qualification records, and verifying documentation controls. Verify client Quality Assurance controls are such that responsible personnel maintain material marking, required heat treatments and material chemical specifications are met. Ensure that subcontracted services meet Code requirements Witnessing/verifying in-process fabrication/NDE/tests, reviewing drawings, and inspecting and witnessing final pressure tests as required by ASME Code and client program requirements. Responsible to ensure that Design Reports are available and that Design Specifications available/properly certified. Verify all items are in compliance to ASME code by reviewing all necessary documents before signing Data Reports.   Currently serving as Section Chief for Maintenance for the Hatfield Clinical Center comprised of all 27 institutes within NIH and serving as the premier medical facility in the world. I serve as the day-to-day senior administrative and management representative for the Maintenance Department, and the direct supervisor for the Facility Management team consisting of 80 FTE mechanical and electrical repair staff, 48 shift mechanics and all task force teams in the completion planned and emergency maintenance. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations I oversee planning, scheduling, and review all work to be accomplished by subordinate supervisors while adjusting both long-term and short-term priorities. I maintain oversight of all upgrades and configuration changes to building automation IT systems.I am the program manager for Hospital Emergency Power services, maintaining critical services and records for Joint Commission Accreditation and providing 100 percent power reliability to a 5.4 million square foot research hospital facility. Technical advisor/inspector for all major repairs, alterations and replacements of facility assets.
