  I've worked with technical and administrative consultancy, doing the intermediation between different stakeholders, such as administrative and private sector, universities, military research institutes and population in general. Within the scope of accomplish all stakeholders demands in front of Public government, I've worked with analysis of architectural and infrastructure projects; monitoring of public works; Georeferencing; Development and presentation of documents, reports and bids for architectural and infrastructure projects; Urban planning; Consultancy in the drafting of the Conde-PB Zoning Law; and also with a Partnership with the Federal University of Paraíba, generating data, maps and inputs that were been used for nationally awarded Architecture and Urbanism competitions. Furthermore, I worked on the Management Committee of the Orla Project (alternate); and finally I've worked on the Monitoring of the Master Plan for the Metropolitan Region of João Pessoa-PB.   I do research on urban morphology, analyzing the mechanisms of city formation and developing parameters for the evaluation and design of new urban layouts based on site morphology, landscape and topography matched with legislation and real estate in a sustainable way. My research leads to the development of a new method for urban design process based on site characteristics, using an automated design tool (initially based on GIS and CAD). Today, it is being conducted in collaboration with researchers from Italy (La Sapienza, Rome) and Portugal (ISCTE-IUL, Lisbon).As a researcher, I do publish the results of my work on scientific journals and events abroad, such as ISUF (International Seminar of Urban Form), RMU (Revista de Morfologia Urbana) and BRJD (Brazilian Journal of Development), and make translations of papers to Portuguese on these scientific means. Furthermore, I've collaborated in the organization of international events of research and scientific initiation (as PNUM 2019), as I've participated in congresses and seminaries. Show less

  As a customer support, I work with chargeback recovery, even from Brazil and Latin America, using Atlassian Jira and other internal systems. I also act as a bridge between clients and payment service providers of all potential Latin America and Europe (such as PayPal, d.Local, Flow, PayValidda, Pago Efectivo, HiPay and others), using PSPs' accounts dashboards and Outlook mailing.In BackOffice, I also make a bridge, but between our comercial partners (Merchants) and our payment service providers (B2B). Furthermore, I do B2C payment analysis and confirmation from Brazil based on bank invoice data, using banking systems, and B2C payment refund analysis and approval on Latin America PSPs' dashboards.
