Installed some sites in less than 2 hours from time service was requested. Scheduled workforce needed at 5 sites, including on-call coverage, installed innovative fiber solution at Convention Center and outside U.S. Bank Stadium, and thought of contingency plans to cover outages. Timeline was compressed, but we were able to deliver on time.• Led a team of technicians and construction contractors to provide service to U.S. Bank Stadium Plaza for X-Games 2017 and 2018. Provided Wi-Fi connectivity to over 3,000 devices over 4 days, using 25 GB of data in 2017 and 40 GB in 2018.• Helped led a team of mainline and commercial technicians with an innovative fiber design to activate 22 buildings at the University of Minnesota; 11 residential and 11 commercial. Project added 8,000 video subscribers resulting in video growth for the region.• Installed Wi-Fi service at the State Fair Fan Central. Supported over 235 GB of data usage over 12 days. Completed installation on a tight timeline ahead of schedule.• Working to create improvements in the Metro-E work flow.
