  Led the operations of a 5,000 member professional association with 22 staff and a $5 million budget under what the executive director called the "one throat to choke" model. Under this model, everyone reported to me and I reported to the executive director--making me the throat. Very little choking was necessary. Led the development and member engagement with the legislative action center and handled all media inquiries.
