  I was blessed with the wonderful opportunity to be the summer intern for the Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) department at Memorial Hermann Health System. Working alongside with the program managers, Ebony Baylor, Megan Billnoske, Jasmyne Patterson, and John Besich, I was able to get the first-hand experience I needed. In the OD&L department I was able to:- Facilitate & Produce New Employee Orientation- Navigate the mandatory training for all employees called "Memorial Hermann Experience"- Analyze metrics for succession management- Project lead on Employee Award Ceremony- Coordinate with numerous departments to understand organizational development, training, and learning in the medical field. Although my time at Memorial Hermann was short, the experience and knowledge I gained is eternal for my career. Show less
