With its roots serving the engineering needs of the world's most recognized businesses in technology, financial services, telecom, and healthcare, Collabera today operates across 60 locations in 11 countries, serves 30% of the Fortune 500, and has exceeded the industry growth rate by 3-4x for several years.• Partner closely with recruiting managers and business leaders to execute hiring goals and targets• Mentor junior team members and help them develop their skills and careers• Monitor requisition volume and assigns requisitions to junior team members based on volume, expertise, skill level, etc.• Constantly improve recruiting processes, existing programs and develop an innovative strategies around finding top talent• Understand key requirements and develop sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow that will deliver key results• Manage all phases of candidate interviews including phone interviews, on-site interviews, and debrief meetings• Develop metrics and reporting to drive continued process and strategy improvement• Stay abreast of market trends• Sourcing and screening resume through Job Portals, LinkedIn, and Social Media basis proper understanding of Job roles.• Effective first level screening and interviewing candidates to assess skill and cultural fit• Consult & Build a Sourcing & Interviewing plan for every open position• Work with clients by presenting them qualified candidates for existing and future requirements• Engage with Candidates post Offer release and continue engagement with candidates till they join• Explore direct sourcing methods to find qualified passive candidates Show less
