  Over the past few seasons I have been a volunteer football coach for my boyhood club Bury Rangers. The experience I gained assisted in my completion of the Level 1 & 2 coaching award and enhanced my confidence when dealing with a number of players individually. The role has also helped me to build on my skills as a team leader as well as being proactive in different situations on a daily basis. In September 2011 I started coaching with Bury Rangers under 17s. I assisted the team manager in match day preparations, warm-ups and tactics. This involved me spending 4 hours a week voluntarily coaching the team on a Monday evening and a Sunday. From July 2013 I was coaching the 1st team through pre-season and during the season itself. This eventually led to me being appointed as 1st team manager in June 2014. Show less I was appointed 1st team manager prior to the start of the 2014/15 season in what was the clubs 50th anniversary. We finished with our highest points total ever in the Hertford and District Football League (29 points from 18 games) which included our highest ever finishing position of 3rd. We also had unprecedented success in the cups we were entered into. We won our first ever Premier Division cup final, an extra-time victory against Sumners FC.   As head of the analysis department at the Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Football Club I am responsible for the delivery of pre/post-match presentations to both players and coaching staff. I liaise with colleagues to ensure that the team have sufficient analysis both pre and post matches.
