  Work to design, develop and implement projects under the Gloucestershire FA remit. Directly support and implement the provision of inclusive and innovative formats of the game, including small-sided football league programmes, flexible 11-a-side, University and Colleges provision, walking football, turn-up and play football, and workplace activity via one-off events and longer-term projects.Proactively identify and engage new partners to deliver our initiatives and also develop existing partnerships with funding partners to sustain and grow participation, whilst recruiting and managing team of voluntary and paid staff.Designed and implemented Youth Leadership Programme to recruit exceptional and passionate 18-25 year-olds to support their personal development whilst helping the organisation to deliver their outputs.Other significant contributions include, but are not limited to:- Since taking charge of recreational formats, football participation in this area has more than trebled - Created and deployed small-sided football product and brand to be delivered on internal and external sites and contribute to wider business aims - Acquire feedback, review, and analyse data to develop new strategies and initiatives to meet demands of public- Lead on rollout of new digital products (such as FA matchday app) and arrange forums, training and networking, to then present to stakeholders, staff and partners to achieve buy-in (45K registrations through online memberships/registrations)Achievements within this role have lead to regional and national recognition through being included on FA National Project Group and Active Ageing Bristol Steering Group.
