  My duties as HRBP include providing guidance on a multitude of complex issues involving employee relations, compensation, best practices, and finance. I work closely with directors and senior leaders of the market to ensure that operations are functioning as needed to ensure that our market will be around for years to come to serve our patients. I also facilitate the governance process with leaders to review the need for additional team members, contract staff, and pay adjustments. As an Emergency Room Technician, I’m responsible for many different aspects of a patient’s care. From registration to triage to bedside care, I strive to help provide the best service possible to our patients. I perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and vitals during triage and at the bedside. As a recruiter, I strive to master the art of pairing people with their passions! I recruit for a variety of positions, including security guards, certified nursing assistants, secretaries, patient access positions, priests and chaplains, and a host of manager, supervisor, and director positions. Between career fairs, class visits, sourcing, and organic applications, I love meeting new people and finding them not just a job or career but a new path in their life.
