I am also in charge of coordinating with other teams such as the press, councilors, political party, Congress of Deputies and Catalan Parliament.I am in charge of the strategy, planning and content creation for social media through various formats. Something unexpected and that I am really enjoying is learning expertise in areas such as Housing, Urban Planning, Tourism Impact and Economy to create arguments, campaigns and video scripts.One of the most important challenges has been to build the profile of the new leader of the party on social media. The other great challenge has been to change the way of communicating and going from being the former party in the Government to a party in opposition.We have applied new ways of communicating on social media, especially on TikTok. I was in charge of copywriting, recording and editing videos, creating photo carousels, collaborative posts, infographics and scripts.I discovered that I like producing content: looking for sources, checking recording spaces and also establishing relationships with the Mayor's teams, the Urban Planning department and the party's video and design department. Making videos of improvements in public schools with the students was a great reward, along with creating campaigns and events with influencers, well-known thinkers and various artists to bring political actions closer to the public.It will be impossible to forget the meetings every Monday where I use to present weekly social media statistics because there were always surprises about which political message and content had worked the most.I also planned the communication strategy for anti-racist, feminist, LGTBI+ diversity and citizen participation campaigns.
