  Laboratory technician

  In my current role, I conduct various tests for aerospace industry, including strain control at ambient and non-ambient temperatures at high and low frequencies; fracture mechanics testing, including fracture toughness and crack propagation, as well as rotating bends testing. I perform post-test analysis and evaluate results in variety of contexts. I prepare samples as well as calibrate test equipment in compliance with UKAS- United Kingdom Accreditation Service and Nadcap standards. I review technical contracts for incoming sales requests.
