  Responsible for providing operational leadership for key Category, CCS (Customer, Channel Experiences and Enterprise Services), & Enterprise priorities while providing oversight to impacted processes to deliver best-in-class omnichannel customer experiences and go-to-market outcomes for Best Buy. Employee resource groups (ERGs) foster community, belonging and allyship. They aim to elevate cultural perspectives and inspire cultural growth.
