  At Kimberley Caravan Centre Ltd, we sold new and used caravans to the public, both at our Nottingham branch and at trade shows. My role here was primarily to ensure sold caravans were ready for collection from the customer and handing the caravan over to them, which included instruction on how to use their new caravan. This involved working closely with the valeting team, mechanics, and sales people to ensure that the required work had been done to a high standard. I would also be part of the team selling caravans at the NEC trade shows in February and October months and selling additional items to existing customers when back at base.   At ECI Software Solutions, I work as a Technical services consultant as part of a team of people who install and customize our ERP software solution for new and existing customers. My roles include installation of our software, creation/backup/maintenance of Microsoft SQL databases, data migration, training, creating Crystal Reports, writing custom tools for use in our Software, advising our customers how to improve their use of our software, and an escalation point for our support team.
