Creating a new program in Oklahoma to help produce farmers comply with the new produce rule of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Retail Egg and Organic inspections, USDA-AMS further processing Process Control Certification for poultry and red meat, and certified USDA-AMS Poultry and Shell Egg Grader.
