  I'm a master scholar working on the mathematical modeling of malaria and other NTDs under the supervision of Assoc. Prof E. A. BakareICAMMDA is a member of the West Africa mathematical Modelling Capacity Development (WAMCAD). WAMCAD is an Anglophone – Francophone – Lusophone partnership, comprising International Research Institutions: University of Thies, Senegal; University of Conakry, Guinea; Bandim Health Project, Guinea Bissau; University of Ghana and International Centre for Applied Mathematical Modelling and Data Analytics, Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. Our team collaborates with northern partners: Northwestern University, Malaria Consortium USA, SWISS TPH, Oxford University, Global Malaria Programme at the World Health Organization, PATH. Also, we partner with academics, NGOs, and local partners including National Malaria Control Programs (NMCP), Nigeria, and Malaria Consortium Abuja, Nigeria. As part of the WAMCAD, we work with other leaders in malaria modelling to advise the National Malaria Control Programme (NMCP), Abuja, Nigeria on global eradication strategy. Show less
