  As a Logistics Engineer, I was responsible for proactively designing the inbound transportation networks of multiple General Motors plants, as well as reactively optimizing designs based upon dynamic market forecasts and shifts in strategic sourcing. The total transportation savings I was able to generate for Ryder's largest customer reached nearly $15M, all the while maintaining network finances and strengthening relationships with the customer. As a Management Trainee, I participated in an extensive training program and applied my knowledge through rotations in Logistics Engineering, Carrier Procurement, Transportation Control Tower Services, Distribution Management, Dedicated Contract Carriage and Automotive Logistics networks.
