As an Adjunct Professor, I teach Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare Professionals certification course. This introductory course is focused on Lean (Eliminating waste/Customer Satisfaction) and Six Sigma (Process Improvement) as it relates to healthcare. In the ever-changing landscape of healthcare this course offers detailed and real-world examples of lean thinking coupled with exercises to enhance the learning experience. Learn how to define and implement strategies for process improvement essentials along with variation reduction opportunities. Six Sigma includes project planning and various statistical tools to equip students to be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a practitioner of Lean Six Sigma at their organization. Show less
