My work responsibility is reporting to the Project Manager. However my core responsibilities includes but not limited to: ● Supervision for works to confirm that the works progressing as per the planned Design, Drawings, Specifications and Schedule; ● Prepare Bills of Material and liaise with procurement department; ● Planning and scheduling for Critical Path activities, Material Procurement, Constructions, WBS, etc; ● Measurement of executed works and prepare monthly Payment Certificates for direct works, review contractor’s monthly executed quantities and Payment Certificates and approve accordingly; ● Preparation of Operational and Unit Rate estimates; ● Reconciliation of Bills of Quantities as works proceed; ● Recording of changes in works and accordingly preparation Variations Order register and work-out omissions and additions; ● Prepare monthly reports for Schedule and Cost by S- curve method; and ● Attend weekly and monthly meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
