      My responsibilities as Service Coordinator included: invoicing revenue and warranty work orders, document control, coordinating between departments to ensure accuracy of documentation. My objective as Administrative Assistant was to maintain a high level of organization and customer service.       I obtained my Human Resources Certificate through UWS which led me to move from purchasing into Human Resources. Since Worldwide is a growing company, my goal was to help develop the Human Resources department as well as creating procedures for multiple areas. My responsibilities include: new employee orientations, setting up drug testing, tracking/setting up/training on employee benefits, working with Highpoint on safety training, track certifications, updating employee manual, setting up and sitting in on employee evaluations, interviews, etc. I have learned so much from this opportunity and enjoyed helping to grow the position.
