  Responsibilities:• Assuring platform integrity between various network elements which manage both pre-paid and postpaid customer profiles. • Monitoring and doing needful forensics analysis and investigation on potential revenue impacting cases between different platforms and ensuring the communication of abnormalities with concerned departments.• Responsible for synchronization among network elements and nodes handling major customer services such as the Blackberry and Value Added Services (VAS). • Assuring VAS, SMS and voice usage integrity for pre-paid and postpaid customers.• Filtration rule auditing on Rejected and suspended activity. • Auditing and monitoring the Active base and analyzing the average revenue per user and aging of customers as well as preparing executive studies to summarize the findings for management. • Composing detailed weekly and monthly customer and network element reports. • Auditing postpaid and pre-paid free of charge activity as well as balance transfer transactions.• Re-rating exercises on VAS elements to assure proper customer rating.Achievements:• Headed the reduction of nearly 70 thousand customer profile discrepancy cases since my addition to the team in April 2013, and the discrepancies are steadily decreasing. • Managed to decrease 90% of the discrepancy cases on the blackberry platform since April 2013. • Recovered a potential loss of over 370 thousand riyals on Voice on and 66 thousand riyals on SMS inroamer subscriber usage. • Contributed to recovering over 50% of Zain’s exposed revenue for 2013, equivalent to almost 26 million riyals.• Proposed several solutions and refinement suggestions to minimize revenue loss and to improve customer satisfaction which are currently being implemented.• Designed and enhanced revenue assurance key performance indicator controls and business rules to reduce false positive alerts.
