Ensure positive engagement across teams for all cost control processes.Primary Responsibilities:- Manage global monthly cash flow projections; including issuing project specific templates, compiling a comprehensive master file, and submitting to MS Finance.- Facilitate global Change Management process; including issuing agendas, facilitating review meetings, and issuing results.- Administer automated program cost control systems inclusive of PMCS, COMPASS, and Power BI.- Administer the global WBS program to ensure consistent usage of standard control accounts.- Facilitate monthly financial reporting and review meetings.- Support adhoc reporting as requested.- Oversees the implementation of cost processes and procedures.- Assist with reporting critical budgetary (funding) and cost risk factors.- Ensures accurate and timely submission of financial documents.
