  At Kuoni (Gullivers Travel Assoc.) Virtual Credit Cards are used as a means of paying the Hotel Suppliers. A card is given to the Hotel, when the booking is placed, and is charged by the hotel when the Guest checks out. The Accounting for all those charges is handled by the team. The accounting functions of the process, include Analysing the data to ensure that the data is uploaded to the Accounting system, Analysing again for overcharging, Chargbacks, Running the Chargeback system, claiming back overcharged amounts.
