      In this role, I followed the contracted raisin growers' lands for export on behalf of European buyers. I visited farmers and fields with company consultants as well as foreign customers and we evaluated cultivation methods and quality parameters. I followed the organic and conventional grape production process and also followed the processes in the factory.

      In this role I worked on industrial crops seed business, I worked on almost every stage of corn cultivation, sales and marketing. I set up demo trials and organized in-season activities and field days to promote varieties, technologies or solutions due to need. I organized and presented seminars on corn, sunflower and silage management to farmers and dealers. I made frequent field controls and dealer visits to increase sales figures and add new customers to the portfolio. I created new sales channels and developed trust-based relationships with farmers and dealers.       We builded Netafim Turkistan Agronomy team from starch, I have been involved hiring process first time in this role in my life and also determined working schedule, yearly goals for local agronomist team around territory.I created training programs for local agronomists with HQ Agronomy division. I set and join yearly HQ agronomist visit program to the territory for trainings and professional visits to the clients. I joined local agronomists for field visits to key farmers and projects to support growth of the team. I Led MAD project (mass adoption of drip irrigation) around territory and also supported other BU's on it. I took part in farmer and dealer training seminars. We researched new crop penetration and new area penetration opportunities and implemented (such as drip irrigated rice) successfully. I also took part to projects with partner companies, created partnerships with other companies on behalf of company such as;- Monsanto, seed corn production - water saving by drip irrigation- Dekalb, Dekalb technology center- Bayer, Drip Chemigation- Ferrero, Adoption of drip irrigation to hazelnut, etc...I Took part creation and develop process of Netmaize - smart corn irrigation application for mobile phones. I also delivered seminars on corn and rice in Italy, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. I represented Netafim Turkistan in several meetings in Italy, Israel, Central Asia and South Africa etc..
