Lead process engineering team and coordinate all activities of process engineering coordinator, Process engineer and trainers of knitting to sewing and motivate to work in a team for continuous improvement as well as lead for cost saving projects of Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting & Sewing.2. Implement and monitor cost saving projects to increase efficiency, production and quality improvement.3. Cost calculation for new developing style including knitting dyeing, cutting, sewing and shipping in a word’s costing from yarn to freight of board.4. Responsible for whole plant’s Downtime, Efficiency and SOP compliance reporting and implementation. Cost saving project management, Incentive calculation based on production of whole plant.5. Kaizen Culture establishment & Kaizen leader of the factory.6. Brainstorming & Benchmarking and Best Practices with other plants for development GILDAN performance, cost benefit analysis of engineering works.7. Presentation of KPI a manner of weekly & monthly as well as reports to his/her superior.8. Lead & monitor the training section of whole plant to ensure the effective training. 9. Facilitated the lean tools implementation like Material Flow, Kanban, QCO, Andon, STW, Skill matrix, Process mapping and VSM.10. Working for the establishment of factory 5S. Working as 5S leader.
